1990 Lund 16ft boat with 25HP mercury

This boat has been sitting for quite a few years inside my grandparents shop as they no longer use it. Overall its a nice boat, inside of the boat is in pretty good shape, outside has some scratches.

The motor wont start, but I think its the started not engaging.
