Yes it does have a rattle can sponge job but nothing has been sprayed in the action, barrel, or trigger. Can easily be removed if you want to do that. This guns in great shape and not dinged up. Ive only hunted with it and never shot competitions.

The chassis alone cost me about $850 and took months to get. Save yourself some time and extra cash. The only reason Im selling is to fund some other projects.
