Tree Service Tech

Must have a valid Drivers License with insurable record!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

* Ability to follow directions and work independently

* Able to lift in excess of 50 lbs,

* Operate a chainsaw safely, to trim and or remove trees/branches.

* Drag and chip brush.

* Feed brush and debris into wood chipper.

* Set up warning signs, flags and barriers to protect public and employees.

* Relay hand signals and direct traffic when necessary.

* Keep work area and trucks clean and orderly.

* Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

* Athletic, must be able to work from ladders.

* Able to withstand laborious outdoor activity.

* Display a willingness to learn

* Professional and courteous demeanor, and a desire for long-term employment.

* Must show pride in themselves and the work which they perform.

* Must be able to think critically

* Must possess a valid drivers license.

* Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
