2022 Riverstone Legacy 42fskg Toy hauler 5th wheel
Not your grandparents Grand Design or Alliance fifth wheel! Up for sale is my lightly used, well taken care of Riverstone luxury toy hauler, the perfect trailer for couples (it does have a sleeper sofa for 2 guests) or full time living RV'ers. What could possibly be "luxury" about a fifth wheel? Glad you asked! Luxury is...
A quality, well made, full steel design with 4 1/2 inch walls with batten insulation in the side walls, slideouts, ceiling, floors as well as double pane windows...when they say this is 4 seasons rated, they MEAN it. With a dry weight heavier than most comparably sized trailers max LOADED weight, you know what you are getting is real wood, residential appliances, triple axles, hydraulic disk brakes with road armour suspension, full body paint, 17.5in commercial tires, and 5 slides.
Luxury is a kitchen bigger than a some homes. Complete with a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, full size residential fridge, ALL the counter/cupboard space you could ask for and a full size gas stove/oven, as well as solid Corian countertops and real wood cabinetry with soft close doors.
Luxury is a proper living room, complete with theater seating, ceiling fan, desk and sleeper sofa. Included is a brand new 65" 4k OLED tv and Sonos speaker bar with sub as well as an electric fireplace.
Luxury is a full sized bathroom with 2 person shower. And with a Truma on-demand water heater, you can take as long and as hot showers as you want! Also a full sized, porcelain toilet and lighted mirror.
Luxury is a bedroom with a queen sized bed complete with high end Purple mattress, Splendide stacked washer and dryer and ALL the closet space you could wish for, a size so large it even has a dedicated slide just for it! Also has a 42" TV mounted.
Luxury is a fully enclosed, heated basement, complete with heated tanks. You need space for your shit? Yea, you're gonna throw up when you see all the space this has. At the front you have space for a Onan generator, along with other odds and ends. Right behind that is a large, carpeted pass through storage. Towards the rear is another large, carpeted passthrough storage and at the very rear, you'll find 3 storage lockers. 2 on the left, 1 on the right. All passthrough storage areas are large enough to climb around in, though it might be limited on the activities you have space for... Idk, I just used it for storage.
Luxury is 3, 15,000 BTU a/c units with ducted returns and outlets, that are whisper quiet. You will never struggle to cool this beast. 2 of them have heat pump function. What's a heat pump a/c unit? In winter, the a/c unit works in reverse, sending the warmed air into the RV and the chilled air to the outside. You will love being able to heat your trailer completely on electric. If you dip below freezing temps, you will need to run the propane fired furnace, being that is how the basement and storage compartments are heated.
Luxury is a toy hauler that doesn't eat up any living space. Fully separate from the living area and located underneath the bedroom, it has space for everything such as a motorcycle, golf cart, 4-wheeler, bikes or just use it for additional storage. With a competent metal worker, you can get cutout compartments installed on the ramp door to accommodate the length of some side by sides. The bed can also be raised to provide more headroom, allowing to fit things that are taller, such as a golf cart. Pictured is the bed in the down position
Luxury is being able to control ALL trailer functions except leveling system and water heater, all from the touchscreen panel or an app on your phone. In addition to the LED ceiling lights, there are accent and mood lighting in each living area. Lights are also dimmable. Remote switches are mounted all around the interior for quick access to lighting.
Some other points of interest are...
-On board solar power with 2, 2 year old AGM batteries
-2 40lb LP tanks
-Onboard generator prep, with LP line and wiring already installed
-Water manifold system. If you have an issue with a line or something leaking, you can shut off water to that specific area, allowing you to still have water to operable functions until you can fix the issue
-Single point waste tanks outlet, with Lippert Waste Master system. This is a camlock design and works so much better than the twist lock design most trailers have
-Residential convection microwave oven
-2 MaxxAir Maxxfan Deluxe vent fans- These are all weather operable and controlled with a remote. Vent fans dont get more fancy than these. One is in the kitchen, used to vent the stove, and one is in the bathroom
-All windows have dual, soft retract shades, 1 is for cutting down on light and the 2nd is a blackout shade
-6 point hydraulic leveling system. Press one button to level, and one button to hitch up, that's it. Also have SnapPads installed
-Exterior 4 camera system. Side view for each side, a camera above the entrance door, and a camera for the rear. The display you mount on the windshield or take it inside to use as a security camera system
-2 electric awnings, together they span the entire length of the right side
-Temp and pressure sensors for all 6 tires, with an exterior display you mount of your windshield
-MORryde zero gravity ramp door
-All slides have awning toppers with metal shields - never have to worry about awnings being damaged by tree branches!
-80 gallon fresh water tank
-80 gallon grey water tank
-40 gallon black water tank
-All tanks are in insulated and are in enclosed areas, with 12v heating pads as well
-Exterior TV with mounted speakers
-Curt air ride 5th wheel pin box-This pin box has an airbag and shock setup that works excellent to isolate trailer movement. With the road armour suspension and heavy weight, this thing tows like a dream. I drove to Colorado last summer with a cup that was forgotten on the kitchen counter, and it stayed exactly where it was left
-I'll include 2 Dyson air purifiers, 1 has a heat function, as well as a Dyson handheld vacuum
-Garage has 2 1up-USA bike trays installed
I'm sure I am missing some things, but I hope I hit the important bits.
Don't mind the mess. I took these pictures after getting things ready for winter storage, but the interior will be professionally detailed before handing it over to you. The exterior was fully detailed a couple months ago, at a price of $4,400. When I say this have been taken care of, I mean it.
Some specs to consider
-This trailer is 44.5 foot long, 13'6high full profile, and fully loaded it tips the scale at 21,000 lbs with a hitch weight approaching 5,000 lbs.
-110" Deep, 64" Wide, 82" Tall (Bed up position) 58" Tall (Bed down position) Cargo Area.
Now, the price. These are not cheap. But as said before, these are not your everyday fifth wheel camper. MSRP tickles $200k, but some dealers will list them at around $150k. I'm asking $101k. I feel this will be priced in a way that a buyer can get a $50k discount, being it's gently used. One could argue a used trailer is a better buy, being all the kinks and issues are worked out, so you know what you are buying will be as trouble free as possible. Of course you also save the off the lot depreciation you get when buying new. Only reason I am selling this is to upgrade to another Riverstone, be it a different floorplan that was not available when we bought this 2 years ago. If this doesn't sell, we will just keep it. Money talks, so if you are interested, lets work out a deal. If you want to see more photos or ask any questions, feel free to message me or text/call 701-509-1497.
-I am offering a $2,000 finders fee. If you know someone that might be interested, and they end up buying it, you will get 2 grand, cash, hundred dollar bills in your pocket, so spread the word!
