Works great, used on the weekends when we were there, just don't need now due to getting fiber optic hooked up. Comes with the manual and the charging cord, you will need to get your own SIM card from Verizon to use it, this is what Verizon sent us last time for it, at no charge, GTO 4G 5G Interim DFILL SIM. You don't have to be a Verizon customer to use it, our cell phones are with a different carrier and we were able to use this for internet.
