You may want to remove messages from past correspondences in order to de-clutter your inbox. To do this, follow the quick and simple steps below.
Click ‘Messages.’ Alternatively, you may go to your Member Center and click the ‘Messages’ tab. 
Click the Trash Can icon next to the message you’d like deleted; it will then be removed from the list.

Click ‘Messages.’
Click the Gear icon next to the message you’d like deleted. Click ‘Delete.’ The message will then be removed from the list.

Click the Envelope icon.
Click and hold on the message you’d like deleted. This will bring up the Trash Can icon; click this and the message will be removed from the list.
